INSTANT STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

Strawberry cheesecake

NO bake Cheesecake! and a quicky too!


Ok, sorry for the massive delay..life's going a bit busy these days

so here it is

Ingredients-
Fresh strawberries - a couple of them
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
Yoghurt- 2-3 tbsp
Cream Cheese- 2-3 tbsp
Sugar- Acc to taste
Butter- 1tsp
Whipping cream- Optional (not shown in the pic)
Mcvities Digestive Biscuits- 2 per Glass


Asssembling;-

Crush the cookies/biscuits and add butter and press'em down against the bottom of the serving glass/cup.

On the stove, heat a small pan, add the strawberries and lemon juice and cook till they become softer and mashy. Keep aside to cool. i mashed some strawberries and kept few untouched.

In a mixy wixy bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

..Put the creamy-cheesy-yoghurty-sugary mixture in the serving glass. Top with the strawberry syrup and Freeezee!

And Tada! You're done.!
