SPAGHETTI CHEESE BALLS



Ingredients

break each strand of spaghetti into smaller before boiling
Chicken- 300g boiled & shredded
Potatoes-  3 medium sized boiled & mashed
Spaghetti- 100g cut into small size and boiled and drained
Black pepper
Salt
Refined all purpose flour- 3 Tbsp
Cheese - I used cream cheese but any would do
Milk- 1/2 cup
Butter- 3 Tbsp



Method 
Make the white sauce and keep aside. I added black pepper and salt in the white sauce. The consistency here is thick but not too thick and sticky.


Add in the spaghetti and boiled chiken and add salt and black pepper and oregano.

Now take the mashed potatoes and form a circular flat pattie (in the pic) and add a tsp or more of the spaghetti mixture on it. Start covering the mixture by folding the sides of the pattie. And finally moulding it into a ball.

Dust with all purpose flour.


For frying

Dip in a mixture of beaten egg, salt, chilli powder and coat with bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown
