Creamy oregano Egg rolls
*Ingredients*

W.Wheat/ Multi Grain Bread ๐Ÿž 2 Slices
Egg ๐Ÿณ 1-2
Onion๐Ÿง… 1Tbsp chopped finely
Dried Oregano/ Mixed herbs๐ŸŒฟ 1 Tsp
Fresh Cream/Cream cheese 1/2 Tbsp
Low Fat Milk๐Ÿฅ› 1Tsp
Olive Oil 1 Tsp
Salt ๐Ÿง‚
Ground Black pepper
Paprika Powder

Let's get cooking ..๐Ÿ‘ฉ‍๐Ÿณ

๐Ÿ–ค Heat oil in a pan and add in the finely chopped onion and let it cook till the onions start sweating.

๐Ÿ–ค Once onions are done, lower the flame, crack in the egg, add the milk and dried oregano ..let it set for about a few seconds and then start to scramble the egg..cook till done ( It should be very soft to touch and should not dry out.)

๐Ÿ–ค Flatten the bread slice with a rolling pin and spread low fat cream/cream cheese to each of the slice, add in the egg dividing it into equal portions and sprinkle some black pepper, some more oregano, mixed herbs if you'd like and chilli powder/paprika to your liking. 

๐Ÿ–ค Roll the Bread and toast it on the same pan.

๐ŸŒถ Spice it up by adding some green chillies !!
