Healthy Homemade Chicken Shawerma

So, this is a healthy version of the very famous Shawerma.
Per roll, the calorie count is about 170 Cals. so I had two rolls at dinner and I was FULL !!


Healthy homemade Shawerma
Let's Begin..

Ingredients-
Whole wheat/ Multi grain Flour for making the bread.- 1/4 cup ( for two pcs)

Marinade
Chicken breast- 100 gms
Yoghurt- 2 Tbsp
Garlic- 3 Cloves finely chopped
Arabian Spice Mix- 1 Tbsp
Salt- To taste
Olive oil- 1 Tsp
Black Pepper- to taste

Garlic Sauce-
Garlic- 2 cloves
Low fat greek yogurt- 1 Tbsp
Low Fat  Cream - 1 Tbsp
Salt - to taste
olive oil- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1/2 tsp
Tahini- 1/2 tsp



Method- 

1- For chicken, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, add the chicken in it and refrigerate for 30 mins before cooking.  Cook the chicken in 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, approx 6 minutes per side and cover the lid while cooking.
2- Meanwhile, make the dough for bread and roll it out and make regular chapati's. Do not add oil while making the dough.
3- In a mixy, add up all the ingredients and mix-mix and pour it in a bowl. your garlic-tahini dip/sauce is ready.
4- After chicken is done just cut out long thin slices like you see in shawerma sandwiches.

now after everything is cooked and ready ..spread some garlic sauce on the chapati, spread half the chicken, add in jalapeno,onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices. Dab a it of garlic tahini sauce on the top ..roll the chapati and roast/toast it abit on the non-stick pan.
