Lets get started
Chicken- 500 gm
Onion- 2 medium boiled and blended in a mixy wixy
Green Chillies- 3-4 chopped
Ginger- 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped or grated
Garlic- 1 Tbsp Chopped or grated
Salt
Curd- 1/2 cup
Whole red Chillies- 3-4
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Cashews- powdered 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 Bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 5-6 black peppercorns, 2-3 cardamom
Oil
Marination
In a bowl take Chicken, put 1 tbsp of oil, add the chopped ginger and garlic, green chillies, and onion paste and salt and marinate for about an hour or so.
On the Stove-
Once the marination is over, heat oil in a vessel and add the whole garam masala and the chicken.
Cook for few minutes.
In a bowl beat the curd and add sugar, mix well and this mixture into the chicken.
Sprinkle powdered cashews.
For the Baghar-
Heat a tsp of oil and fry the whole red chillies, chopped garlic and add it to the chicken. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves..
