Dabba Ghost

The absolutely classical and all time hit !!
*Dabba Ghost*

Now personally, I'm a fan of eating something which can be cooked super quickly and is sure to tease your taste buds.

I've time and again used this recipe with chicken, mutton, and beef.. and they've all tasted great and unique.

So, here's my way of doing it..

Mutton/Chicken/Beef 🥩🍖- 1 lb
Onions 🧅 2 medium sized chopped
Tomatoes 🍅 1 large sliced
Bell Peppers 1 large sliced (try making it colorful)
Ginger garlic paste🧄 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbsp
Roasted & Coarsely crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Roasted & Coarsely crushed coriander seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves handful🌿
Red Chili powder 1 tsp 🌶
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt 🧂
Ground Cashewnuts 2-3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fresh Lemon juice 2 tbsp🍋
Ketchup ¼ cup
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Cream ¼ cup
Thai chilli 2
Raw eggs 2 🥚

Lets get cooking !

🟡Heat oil in a heavy bottom vessel
add in the chopped onions , ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, and wait till the raw smell dissipates into thin air..the onions must turn pink.

🔴Now add in the meat of your choice, handful of coriander leaves, pinch of salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, & roasted cumin and coriander powder.
The heat should be on high.

🟢Once the meat starts to change its color , add 1 cup water, let it come to a boil cover and cook till meat is almost tender, add in the ground cashews, mix flour in water and add to the vessel. Let the gravy thicken.

🟠 Now comes in the ketchup and cream, cook till the sauce is thick.

🟡In a baking dish, spread this meaty sauce and top it with the hard boiled eggs (not shown in pic) ,layer with sliced tomatoes & colored bell peppers , sprinkle coriander leaves and whole thai chilies, beat and whisk 2 eggs and pour as the top most layer.

You just cant go wrong with the fusion of such incredible flavours !!!

Pre-heat your oven, I've used my Ninja Foodi 4 in 1 Indoor Grill  to bake for 20 minutes on 350F.
