Falafel (version2)

FALAFEL

3 cups of chickpeas washed & soaked overnight
3 tbsp onions chopped
3-5 Garlic cloves
1 bunch parsely chopped
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Salt 
2 tsp baking soda 
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
1 tsp Black Pepper
11/2 tbsp All purpose flour
And lots of love...!

Put everything in a food processor, and process till its grainy. You can make it smoother too, if you prefer.
I prefer to refrigerate it after mixing for an hour or two.
Let the oil heat up real good
Deep fry !

Serve with Hummus or Garlic sauce.

If making a pocket.. you can have so many variations.. 
Lettuce
Olives
Cucumber
Tomatoes
Potato Wedges
