Sometimes you aren't sure of what dessert you really want to make..indian or continental..and at times you'd wanna have both at the same time..and today in the morning I was very much in this dilemma and so, here's a mix of Indo-western dessert that I came across..
Its super easy to make and really quick..
Lets gather what we require..
Ingredients-
Cocoa Powder 2 heaped Tbsp
Fresh Cream 1 Cup
Castor Sugar 4-5 Tbsp (can differ acc to your taste)
Semolina 4 Tbsp
Milk 3/4 Ltr
Chocolate & Cherries for Garnishing

On the Stove
Take a bowl, add the fresh cream and a tbsp of sugar and whisk it well till all the sugar blends in the cream really well.
Then in a pan on low flame, add just a little amount of milk and let it get warm and add 2 heaped tbsp of cocoa powder and stir well.
Add the remaining sugar and milk slowly making sure your pan is in low flame.

Add the remaining sugar and milk slowly making sure your pan is in low flame.
Take semolina in small amounts, around a tsp and gradually add to the milk while constantly stirring..add the remaining semolina subsequently..do not add all of it at one time, it may form lumps.
Once the mixture starts getting thicker, turn off the flame and let it cool. And start whisking till everything is well blended.
Add the blended cream mixture into the cocoa blend.
Whisk it well. And you're done! Yea, you read that right..sprinkle some grated chocolate and cherries and refrigerate.
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
