White Chicken Curry

ok, so here's another extremely yummy Chicken recipe I'd like to share..





Ingredients-
The  'Secret' Masala-
Coconut - Fresh and grated/ you can substitute with coconut powder
Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
Green Chillies - 3-4 sliced
Almonds - 10 blanched
Cashewnuts - 10
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 8 cloves
Ginger - 1/2 an inch
Onion - 2 medium sized, 'boiled' 
Take all these and add them in a Mixy-wixy and ....Grind them!
That done, lets move on to Step 2-
Now you have a choice to either boil the chicken previously or cook the chicken with the already ground mixture. In both ways you get the amazingly delicious taste.
Ok, so now in a non-stick vessel
add Khada Garam Masala ( Cinnamon stick, black pepper corns, Cardamom and Bay leaf) 
now add Chicken and the Ground Masala. (The Secret Masala)..which is now no more a secret .. :-(
and cook till chicken is almost tender but a bit still remains to be cooked. 
add few drops of Rose Water, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and freshly squeezed Lemon juice of half the lemon.
For the Baghaar
Now you have a variety of choices for the baghaar..
you can choose to garnish it only with mint and coriander leaves..or 
chop some Garlic and fry it in oil along with a tsp of Jeera and 8-10 Curry Leaves (in the picture)
or add Mustard Seeds and Jeera only in the oil
