Tangy Carrot Pickle / Desi Gajar ka Achaar
This is my favourite and most loved by my all my family members specially my hubby..and its super easy to make within no time..so here it is..lets quickly gather all the ingredients
Ingredients-
Carrots- 3 Large cut into thin long strips
Fresh Garlic- 2 cloves finely chopped
Lemon- 1
Red chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp roasted and crushed coarsely
Oil- 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander Leaves- Finely chopped about 1 tbsp

Method
After you cut the carrots add Salt and jeep them aside for somewhile, chop the rest of the stuff and add them to the carrots and in the end add some oil, mix well, refrigerate and Enjoyy!!
