Quick Achaari Bhindi

I happen to love okra/bhindi alot! That is why I love experimenting with it all the time..so here's another quick recipe for Achaari Bhindi..you will definitely love the taste!
Ok quickly gather-
Bhindi/Okra- 500g (cut into small pieces and fried with 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp yoghurt till almost tender)
Onion- 2 medium sized finely sliced (adding more onions will enhance the taste even more)
Green Chillies- 3-4 finely chopped
Chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds- 1/2 tsp
Onion seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- a pinch (optional)
Salt
Oil

On the Stove-
Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, let it splutter and then add cumin, fenugreek, fennel, onion seeds and Chilli flakes.
Heat oil in a vessel, add mustard seeds, let it splutter and then add cumin, fenugreek, fennel, onion seeds and Chilli flakes.
Add the sliced onions, here we have to cook the onions till they become translucent and sweet to taste.
Add Salt and turmeric powder.
Add the previously fried Bhindi and simmer till tender.
