Green Masala Curry/ Haray Masaley ki Kadhi
This again is a modification to the traditional Kadhi we always make.
Lets begin with the Ingredients-
To make it quicker take a Mixy-wixy and all these one by one
Yoghurt- 4 tbsp
Gram Flour/ Besan- 3 tbsp
Green Chillies -2 ( this can vary with your taste)
Garlic- 4-5 cloves
Salt
Turmeric Powder/ Haldi- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves- 1 big bunch
Curry Leaves- 8-10
Grind!!
Take a Cooking vessel and add 1 tbsp oil and Cumin seeds, and add the above mixy-wixy mixture.
Let it cook for 30-40 minutes.
Make sure of its consistency, it should not be too thick or too fluidy.
For the Baghar-
Take 1/4 tsp of Mustard seeds,
Chopped Garlic- 2-3 cloves (fry them till golden brown)
Curry Leaves - 8-10
Coriander Leaves
