Sesame- Bottle Gourd/ Til aur Lauki ki sabzi





Another bottle gourd recipe!!

This one's way too different than the previous one and im sure you'll love it

Ingredients
Bottle gourd- 1 medium.cut into cubes
Coriander seeds- 1 tbsp
Tuwar Dal- 1 tbsp
Dried Red chillies- 2
Fennel seeds- 1 tbsp
Roasted peanuts- 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
Garlic- 2 cloves
Cinnamon stick- 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Onion seeds- 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds- 1/2 tsp
Salt
Oil

On the stove
Take a pan and dry roast the following- red chillies, tuwar dal, garlic cloves, cool and grind them alongwith roasted peanuts.

Boil the lauki in 1 cup water, add a pinch of turmeric powder and salt. Donot drain the water after boiling. Most of it will be consumed while.boiling but keep the remaining water.
Now, take a vessel and add  1 tsp oil, add lauki along with water, grinded peanut mixture.

Add cumin seeds, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds and mustard seeds.

Crush the coriander seeds and add to the mixture. Add salt if required.
Dont let the water dry off completely.

Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
